EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It applies to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name and it often works where nothing else will.

CranioSacral Therapy  (available by appointment only)
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) has been around since the early 1900's. It is the foundation of the Osteopathic profession. Using about 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel), movements of the bones of the head and spine are monitored for symmetry and amplitude. Gentle holding, rocking, traction and gliding movements ensure that the bones surrounding the central nervous system are moving and not stuck. The improved circulation of cerebrospinal fluid inside the bones which cushion the brain and spine helps to nourish, cleanse, and relax the nerves. The procedure is very subtle and may serve as an introduction to the meditative state.
Eloise Del Matto learned this technique from an Osteopath and other practitioners starting in 1992 and has been using it ever since.
 
 

Reiki  (available by appointment only)
Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a safe, gentle, natural and non-invasive form of hands-on healing that produces physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Reiki brings the body back into balance and harmony, addressing the cause as well as any symptoms or illness. It is a great way to reduce stress, increase energy and produce deep relaxation. This healing technique is done on a massage table with the client fully dressed.
