Bring a girlfriend, a spouse or come by
yourself and spend the weekend with us "CookInn".
Learn how to prepare a feast fit for a
king or queen. Join Chef Anthony Schulz for dessert and a glass of wine on
Friday evening. Meet new friends and
have fun discussing and reviewing
recipes you will be preparing the next
day. During the day on Saturday, you
will help prepare the feast for Saturday
night's dinner. The winter class
will feature slow cook goodness, the
spring is cooking light with full flavor
and the fall gourmet feel good food.
A
two night stay is required to
participate. Class is
limited to eight people, therefore,
inviting hands-on participation. Class includes recipes, hands-on
cooking, an Inn & Spa At Cedar Falls apron and
Saturday night dinner.
Cost $149 / person. Tax and gratuity not
included.

More CookInn Class

All our desserts are easy and
made from scratch. Come learn to make
the most delectable ones with Chef
Anthony and our pastry chef. This is a
hands-on class.
Class includes instruction, recipes and
lunch.

By far the most popular and longest running cooking class! This hands-on class
is led by Joan Heitman, our breakfast
cook. Innkeeper Ellen and Joan carefully select five different recipes for you to make and eat. Class includes instruction, recipes, lunch and a box of cookies to take home.
